At Carenic College, the Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy course is designed for professionals who want to advance in highly specialized courses such as Microdermabrasion, epilation, eyelash extensions, facial electrical treatments, infrared sauna, and microblading, among others.
By the end of the Beauty Therapy course, you will be able to provide a wide range of services such as skin analysis, facial treatments, facial massage, skin-care services, laser hair removal, manicures and pedicures, make-ups, lash treatments, and brow technology among others.
In addition, you will learn attitude tips and personal skills such as safety in the workplace, a good sense of style, a strong sense of humor, creativity, and customer relations.
YOCarenic College offers three levels of training leading to Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma or Expert qualifications.
Certificate in Beauty Therapy
The Certificate in Beauty Therapy qualification provides learners with general technical skills and knowledge to provide a broad range of beauty services to clients.
The Certificate qualification provides a good career foundation to be able to perform various beauty treatments and help clients enhance their appearance and increase their self-confidence.
Course duration: 6 months
Diploma in Beauty Therapy
The Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification provides learners with more comprehensive and in-depth skills and knowledge to be able to provide more advanced services such as Laser technology, Micro-current skin treatments, Dermal science, and light treatments, among others.
The Diploma qualification takes slightly longer than a Certificate-level qualification due to the specialized procedures and techniques that one needs to learn to qualify.
Course duration: 8 months
Advanced Diploma in Beauty & Therapy
At Carenic College, the Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy is designed for professionals who want to advance in highly specialized courses such as Microdermabrasion, epilation, eyelash extensions, facial electrical treatments, infrared sauna, and microblading, among others.
Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy takes a shorter time depending on the specialized course. You will learn:
- Working with colleagues within the beauty related industries
- Monitor and maintain health and safety practice in the salon

- Provide Holistic body massage.

- Intimate waxing for male clients & female clients
- Maintain personal health and wellbeing.
